I have just recently inherited a very old German Bavarian mantle cuckoo clock which has been in my family for over 150 years.
This beautiful clock still works, has an 8 day wind and was purchased sometime around 1835.
The clock is in very good working condition and the cuckoo still chimes on the hour and half hour. I am thinking of selling the clock but would require some help in identifying its maker and price. I can send attachment photographs of the clock if requested.
